Assistive Agent

Safety

Safety means you stay in control

Consent first. Live Google sign-in. Encryption for secrets that must be kept. A confirm step before anything is posted.

How we protect the person

These rules apply whether you act for yourself or a caregiver helps.

  • Consent before tasks

A task does not prepare or commit without a consent-ledger entry. Consent is recorded on purpose, not implied by signing in.

  • Confirm before anything is posted

When a review or change is ready to go live, the system waits. You confirm, or you stop. There is no silent submit.

  • Google sign-in is live Chrome over VNC

You complete Google sign-in in a real Chrome window that you can see. It is never automated. Assistive Agent does not store Google passwords.

  • One sign-in, shared carefully

Account sign-in for the product uses Better Auth on the dashboard. Secrets that must be kept are encrypted. Proxy credentials are masked in admin views.

  • Separate profiles and sticky UK proxies

Each person has their own browser profile and a sticky UK residential proxy. That keeps sessions apart and geography consistent for that person.
